Quincy Hotel is a 30 Storey hotel located on the corner of King St and Flinders Lane in Melbourne's Central Business District. Telha Clarke were engaged at a late stage during the tender process with construction imminent.

Taking on the project at a critical stage alongside an entirely new design team, programme and comprehensive coordination were critical to ensure no delays were incurred for the client.
