Telha Clarke was engaged to document a 30 storey hotel, located on the corner of King St & Flinders Lane in Melbourne’s Central Business District. At a late stage during the tender process, an entirely new design team, including interior designer, were engaged to deliver the project, with construction imminent.

Taking on the project at a critical stage, programme and comprehensive coordination are critical to ensure no delays were incurred for the client.
