Our brief was to design five townhouses across three stories in a
contemporary style whilst maintaining the majority of existing landscaping
on the site where possible. Our solution was to place the built form to the
North East of the property, allowing us to use the existing crossover location
and create a driveway to the West.
The facade is articulated into parts in materiality and in the built form
massing. The townhouses step with the natural land typography to create
visually independent lots. The changes in materiality, of brick, render, and
timber cladding further articulate the facade.
