Centrally located in the lakeside hub of Yarrawonga, Springtree Yarrawonga sits on the lands of the Bangerang Peoples of Yorta Yorta Country. The clubhouse adopts a relatable yet refined architectural expression through the use of honest materials and carefully placed, formalised moments. Expressed masonry walls ground the buildings into the landscape, contrasting with a neutral render finish. The roof sits elevated from the verandah which wraps around the majority of the building line, encouraging residents to interact outdoor communal amenities as well as creating hierarchy of scale between the building and the surrounding native trees.
